 PVC  foam board production line:

The PVC crust foam board production line/semi-crust plastic foam board production line is developed on the basis of our company combined with foreign technology. The plastic foaming device consists of a conical twin-screw extruder, a flat die, vacuum forming and eight sets of roller traction auxiliary components,The surface layer is not only flat and smooth compared with free foaming, but also has a great hardness and rigidity of the earth's crust, and its mechanical properties are obviously greater than that of free foaming.

The composition of the PVC  foam board production line:

1.Extruder system: The production line adopts 80/156 extruder. The screw design conforms to the technical characteristics, with large extrusion volume, uniform cutting and high extrusion efficiency.

2.Mould system: Adopt the special flow channel structure for the crust foam board to make the material extrude the foam evenly.

3.Cooling and forming system: pressure plate structure, hydraulic system control, easy to control the dimensional accuracy of the plate. The design of the cooling pipe system makes the plate cooling more uniform and completes the design quickly.

4.Traction cutting system: adopts the roller combined tractor to make the measurement and adjustment of the traction force simple. The roller tractor and the cutting machine are electrically controlled synchronously, and the plate cuts.

5.The whole production line has beautiful appearance and easy operation. Plate production has the characteristics of high foaming ratio, high surface hardness, and smooth surface wear. The company provides technical formulation and process.
