Product introduction:
Reinforced pipe is a new type of PVC-U pipeline produced by heating and extrusion of PVC resin, using a special mold and molding process. It is a new generation of drainage and sewage pipes.
The characteristics of reinforced pipes include:
1. Reducing the thickness of the pipe wall and improving the ability of the pipe to withstand external pressure loads.
2. Having radial reinforcing ribs on the outer wall of the pipe, thereby improving the ring stiffness of the pipe.
3. The material is sturdy, the inner wall is smooth, the product is lightweight, has a long lifespan, is lightweight, and is easy to transport.
4. The reinforced pipe has good corrosion resistance, is waterproof and moisture-proof, and is not affected by the erosion of the surrounding soil and water quality on the pipe.
 

Compared with traditional drainage and sewage pipes, reinforced pipes have the following characteristics:
(1) Reinforced pipes are flexible pipes that allow for significant axial bending. The elastic rubber ring connection method has good anti leakage performance, and there will be no leakage when the foundation undergoes uneven settlement. They have considerable adaptability to soft soil foundations.
(2) The reinforced pipe has high ring stiffness, lateral strength, and good toughness, and can withstand large buried soil loads and other pressures on the road surface.
(3) The reinforced pipe has a light weight and is convenient for transportation, handling, and loading and unloading, bringing great convenience to construction, reducing the labor intensity of construction personnel, and eliminating the need for mechanical lifting operations, improving construction efficiency and reducing construction costs.
(4) The inner wall of the reinforced pipe is smooth, and the Manning friction coefficient is 0.009. Compared with the same diameter concrete pipe (Manning friction coefficient is 0.013, the reinforced pipe can increase the flow rate by about 40%. At the same time, the smooth inner wall of the pipe is not easy to cause blockage, which can correspondingly reduce the number of negative wells for inspection and maintenance, and reduce engineering costs.
(5) The connection and installation of reinforced pipes are convenient, even for large diameter reinforced pipes, it only takes 2-3 skilled workers to complete one interface in a few minutes. Reinforced pipes have lower requirements for foundation and backfill materials, but good backfill materials can significantly improve the bearing capacity of the pipes.
(6) Reinforced pipes have good corrosion resistance and are not affected by the erosion of surrounding soil, water quality, and general conveying media on the pipes. The reinforcing bars can also be embedded in the surrounding backfill material, sharing the expansion and contraction effect of environmental temperature changes on the pipes, enabling the normal service life of the reinforced pipes to reach over 50 years.
