Product Description

The marine plastic anti-skid pedal production line designed and produced by our company is an automatic production line. It is a plastic extrusion production line integrating feeding, extrusion, continuous roll forming and automatic length counting and cutting. The pedal is provided with a hollow chamber, which is divided into a plurality of independent chambers of different sizes by partitions according to the stress conditions of different parts of the pedal, wherein the independent chamber space corresponding to the part with large pedal stress is small, and the independent chamber space corresponding to the part with small pedal stress is large. The hollow chamber is arranged along the length direction of the pedal and runs through the entire pedal. The upper surface of the pedal is evenly distributed with a plurality of anti-skid fixing grooves along the length direction.
