Product Description

PVC Marble Slab Production Line: It consists of a three-roller setting die set by extruding a special plate for imitation marble, a roller supporting cooling device, a trimming device, a tractor, an automatic cutting machine, and a roller conveyor. There are two follow-up treatment processes: one can realize online UV, and the other requires secondary processing

The PVC marble slab production line has a compact structure and superior performance. The screw and barrel are professionally processed by high-performance alloy steel. The optimized design enables the whole machine to have the advantages of uniform plasticization, stable extrusion, high output, and long life.

The main engine barrel is heated by a cast aluminum heater, cooled by air, and the temperature is controlled by a precision electronic control instrument. The precise shaping and calendering device makes the plate excellent in shaping. The long cutting device is used for cutting, and the length of the plate is more accurate. Sheet extrusion equipment mainly includes conical twin-screw extruder, sheet die, three-roller shaping, traction, etc. One machine with multiple functions can produce imitation solid wood panels, solid hard PVC panels, free foam panels, PVC soft coils, etc.
