PE-RT floor heating pipe
[PE-RT Floor Heating Pipe] High-density polyethylene outer protective pipe polyurethane foam prefabricated direct-buried thermal insulation composite plastic. PE-RT pipes are usually provided in the form of rolls to facilitate the installation of floor heating pipe systems. The machine has a semi-automatic dual-position winding machine with the function of reducing the diameter and is suitable for winding 32 mm pipes. Driven by a torque motor, continuous pipeline device to ensure clean and tidy pipelines.
1. Screw type: special single screw extruder for polyolefin, fast extrusion speed and good plasticizing effect. Special separation and mixing screw for polyolefin.
2. Extrusion type: Three specially designed co-extrusion die heads, reasonable passages, smooth inner and outer walls, and small internal stress.
3. Pipe diameter: 16mm to 25mm, and the extrusion speed is 16 m/min.
