Equipment Introduction:
The double-wall corrugated pipe production line consists of two single screw extruders, molds, water jackets, forming modules, forming machines, winders or cutting machines, and the two extruders respectively extrude the inner and outer layers of the double-wall corrugated pipe. The extruder adopts high-efficiency screw, the mold is a double helix structure, the mouth die mandrel rods are nitrided, and the forming mold is processed by 45# forging material. The whole equipment line adopts Siemens man-machine interface control system, which has stable extrusion performance, high degree of automation and simple operation.

Process flow of bellows extrusion line:
Raw materials + masterbatch→ mixing→ vacuum feeding→ material drying→ single screw extruder→ extrusion mold→ bellows forming machine→ double winding machine→ finished product inspection and packaging
