Detailed explanation of PVC downpipe production equipment (production process):

(1) Raw material mixing: it is to add PVC stabilizer, plasticizer, antioxidant and other auxiliary materials into the high-speed mixer in proportion and process successively. After the material and machinery self friction, the material is heated to the set process temperature, and then the material is reduced to 40-50 degrees by the cold mixer; thus, it can be added to the hopper of the extruder.

(2) Extruder: the machine is equipped with a quantitative feeding device to match the extrusion quantity and the feeding quantity to ensure the stable extrusion of the product. Because of the characteristics of conical screw, the feeding section has a large diameter, which is more suitable for the material plasticization, and the diameter of the screw in the metering section is small, which reduces the heat transfer area and the shear speed of the melt, so that the melt can be extruded at a lower temperature. When the screw is rotating in the barrel, the PVC mixture is plasticized and pushed to the head, so as to achieve the purpose of compaction, melting and mixing, and the purpose of exhaust and dehydration is realized. The feeding device and screw drive device adopt frequency conversion speed regulation, which can realize synchronous speed regulation.

(3) Extrusion die: PVC, which is compacted, melted and mixed, has subsequent materials pushed to die head through screw, and extrusion die is the closed part of pipe forming.

(4) Vacuum type water tank is used for the shaping and cooling of pipes. The vacuum type water tank is equipped with vacuum system and water circulation system for shaping and cooling, stainless steel box, circulating water spray cooling, and the vacuum shaped water tank is equipped with front and rear moving devices and manual installation of left and right and high-level adjustment.

(5) The tractor is used to continuously and automatically lead the cooled and hard pipes out of the head and speed control with frequency conversion.
