Introduction to production line

2, PP packaging belt production process: mixing materials, plastic particles heating melting, forming, stretching, cooling, embossing, winding, packaging, warehousing

Working principle: the plastic enters the barrel of the equipment, plasticizes through the rotation of the screw, forms a shape through the mouth mold, passes through the first cooling tank, enters the first traction roller for stretching; After passing through the oven, it enters the second traction roller for re-stretching, and then enters the embossing wheel after being cooled by the cooling water tank, and then goes through the cooling water tank for cooling. After cleaning the moisture in the packing belt, the belt is rolled.
