This series of production lines mainly include single screw extruder, pipe mould, vacuum sizing water tank, spray cooling water tank, tractor, cutting machine (or coiling machine according to customer needs) and turning table.
Extruder: High-speed and high-efficiency single-screw extruder is adopted. The screw adopts comprehensive mixing elements with barriers and mixing heads. Vacuum sizing water tank: The barrel body is made of high-quality stainless steel plate with high hardness, advanced water circulation, high-pressure cooling system, vacuum degree adjustment device and precise water temperature and water level automatic control system. The precise tin bronze sizing sleeve has a fast cooling speed of pipes and a quick setting. Features. Three-dimensional adjustment can be achieved up, down, left and right, and cooling configurations of different lengths and quantities can be provided according to the specifications and speed of the production pipe.
Spray cooling water tank: The tank is made of stainless steel, and the outer cover is transparent soft PVC curtain. The water level of the stainless steel float is adjusted, and the water temperature is adjusted by electric control. The nozzle material is engineering plastic ABS. The frame is adjustable up and down, and the cover is equipped with a supporting wheel mechanism.
Traction machine: This machine adopts frequency conversion speed regulation. Each traction frame adopts chain split to ensure the same traction speed, pneumatic and mechanical joint clamping, and the bearing adopts a self-aligning structure with a seat, which can effectively reduce the installation error.
Cutting machine: chip-free automatic cutting saw, cutting section is smooth and flat, using frequency conversion speed synchronous drive, high precision, low noise or optional coiling machine according to customer needs.
Coiler: High-quality single/double station coiler, with the advantages of large winding diameter, large one-time winding volume, convenient unloading, and uniform winding speed.
Production line control system: The German Siemens PLC control system can be used for intelligent control. The general control adopts Siemens electrical parts and Japanese Omron temperature control meter, which is simple and easy to operate.
