Product introduction: With the development of industry and fisheries, water pollution has become more and more serious, and the density of aquaculture is gradually increasing. There are fewer and fewer areas for people to use for aquaculture. The breeding pedal has the advantages of low investment, high output, mobility and quick results. It is one of the effective means to solve the above problems and has a wide range of application prospects. However, the design of the existing pedals for aquaculture fish steaks is unreasonable. Some adopt a solid structure, which increases the weight of the pedal, and puts forward higher requirements on the floating body; some adopts a hollow structure, which reduces the weight of the pedal, but reduces the pedal. The intensity of this affects the normal operation of the staff.

The marine plastic non-slip pedal production line designed and produced by our company is a complete automatic production line that integrates feeding, extrusion, continuous roll forming, automatic length counting and cutting into one plastic extrusion production line.

The pedal is provided with a hollow chamber, which is divided into a plurality of independent chambers of different sizes by a partition according to the force of different parts of the pedal. Among them, the part of the pedal with a large force corresponds to a small independent chamber space. The space of the independent chamber corresponding to the small force on the pedal is large. The hollow chamber is arranged along the length of the pedal and runs through the entire pedal. A plurality of non-slip fixing grooves are uniformly distributed along the length direction on the upper surface of the pedal. 

The marine pedal is made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE, content ≥95%) as the main raw material and processed by extrusion technology; it can be connected and fixed with the assistance of other metal or plastic accessories according to actual needs or engineering design , Assemble, and install into various shapes for products floating on the water surface for connection of water and land in docks, pontoons, platforms and other places.
