PPR pipe production line equipment:
The PP-R drinking water pipe system is a new type of product commonly used in today's society. It adopts homogeneous fusion technology in cold and hot water transportation projects, and its comprehensive technical performance and economic indicators are far superior to other similar products, especially its excellent hygiene performance. From production and use to disposal, the entire process can meet extremely high hygiene and environmental requirements. The product has advantages such as heat resistance, pressure resistance, insulation and energy conservation, long service life, and economy.
Applicable scope of PPR pipe extrusion equipment
1. Cold and hot water systems for industrial and civil buildings.
2. Central heating secondary network and indoor heating pipe network system.
3. Underground hot water indoor and outdoor heating, water supply network system.
4. Pure water, mineral water, and reclaimed water equipment are connected to the pipeline network system.
Features of PPR pipe products:
1. This machine is mainly used for the production of pipes using PPR resin as raw material
2. Adopting a slotted feeding machine barrel and barrier screw design can improve the plasticizing effect
3. The advantages of high extrusion volume, low melt temperature, and uniform temperature
4. Barrier type bipolar mixing refers to a dedicated screw and slotted barrel for daily use.
5. Equipped with a new type of secondary split flow mold, it has the characteristics of low temperature and low pressure extrusion: water film type sizing sleeve, ensuring high-speed production of pipes.
The production line is controlled by PLC programming and has a good human-machine interface.
7. Optional identification line extrusion can be installed to produce pipes with colored markings. Replacing the mold on the production line can produce PE pipes.
8. The random co polypropylene production line is mainly used for the production of pipes using PP-R resin as raw material, and is also suitable for the production of pipes using PP, PB, and PE resins as raw materials.
This unit uses SJ-65/30 as the extruder, equipped with corresponding molds, cooling devices, and traction devices, for continuous and efficient extrusion production of pipes. It has the characteristics of stable quality and convenient operation.
