       1. Extruder: The special design of the screw and the advanced temperature control system ensure good plasticization of plastics and stable extrusion with high output.
        2. Screen changer: choose hydraulic quick screen changing device to make the screen changing process fast and effective; Double station and special sealing structure ensure the stable work of the screen changer.
       3. Mold: The mold is made of high-quality alloy steel with a high activity throttling device, so that the material flow is in the mouth mold, and the distribution pressure is uniform and consistent; The differential adjustment of the upper and lower dies ensures uniform wall thickness.
       4. Tractor: The tractor is distributed in the first and second groups, the first group of tractor is high-power, large reduction ratio, multi-roller type, its low-speed running performance is excellent, traction is large, and the plate can be pulled out of the vacuum shaping table synchronously and evenly.
