Product Description

The screw barrel of the main engine is heated by cast aluminum heater, cooled by air, and the temperature is controlled by precision electronic control instrument. The precise setting calendering device makes the plate shape excellent through its good adjustment function.

The cutting part adopts fixed length cutting device to ensure the plate length.



The plate extrusion equipment is composed of counter parallel twin-screw extruder, plate die, vacuum setting, eight wheel traction and other auxiliary parts. It has a broad application prospect and is widely used in building materials.



Main technical features of PP hollow plastic building formwork:
