 TPU Pneumatic Air Tube Extrusion Machine Production Line

TPU pneumatic air tube extrusion machine adopts special desinged extruder for processing PU raw materials.
No dead angle head structure design ensure the produced PU tubes surface is nice and smooth.

APPLICATION

Widely used in pneumatic control system thanks to its resillience, tight bend radii, flexibility and suitability in low temperatire, the PU(Polyurethane) tube is a high performance tube option that offers great capano;;oyoes and abrasion resistance.

Process flow:
PVC pellets → Hopper → single screw extruder → mould → cooling tank/vacuum calibration machine → Tractor machine → cutting machine → stacker

1.Single screw extruder. Stable screw pressure, Uniform plasticizing and shearing make the material in the screw fully formed in the molten state.

2.Die head. Due to the diameter, it can produce pipe diameter from 4~16mm

3.Water cooling tank/Vacuum tank: Help rapid forming of tubes.

4.Tractor machine: Pull the tube to the cutter or winder

5.Cutter/Winder: According to the each client's detailed requirement, we can add the winder machine or cutting machine at the end of the production line. we can cut to any specified length according to your needs.

6.Stacker: storage the finished soft pipe.
