Product Description

The scientific name of PVC pipe material is polyvinyl chloride, which belongs to a kind of thermoplastic resin material. It has good mechanical properties and a tensile strength of about 60MPa. Adding auxiliary agents can make the pipe more flame-retardant, acid and alkali resistant, abrasion resistant and insulating.
It is generally used in normal indoor environments and in high temperature, dusty, vibration and fire hazard places, and can also be used in humid environments. It should not be used in places that are particularly damp, corroded by acid, alkali, salt, and explosion hazard. Generally, it can be used in the environment of -15ºC~+40ºC. The threading pipe has excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance, high compressive strength, and working pressure over 2.5Mpa. The threading pipe has a smooth surface, low fluid resistance, no scaling and no breeding of microorganisms. The coefficient of thermal expansion is small and does not shrink or deform. The installation and connection method is traditional. The epoxy plastic coating on the surface of the threading pipe can resist the corrosion of acid, alkali, and salt to the metal pipe, and it can also solve the problems of water transportation and burying.
