PVC reinforced pipe production line:

The main raw material of PVC-U reinforced pipe is hard polyvinyl chloride, which is a novel pipe with a smooth inner wall and a vertical reinforcing rib on the outer wall. The stiffened tube is extruded by an extruder at one time. PVC-U reinforced pipe is a product of high-tech development in the early 1990s. As a new generation of drainage and sewage pipes, it is characterized by thinning the thickness of the pipe wall and increasing the pipe's ability to withstand external pressure. The outer wall of the pipe is provided with radial reinforcing ribs, thereby improving the ring stiffness of the pipe. Under the same external pressure, it can save about 30% of the material compared with ordinary PVC-U solid-wall pipes, and the impact force is higher.
