PU Air Tube/Hose/Pipe Production Extrusion Machine
This type of production line for processing 3D consumables, automotive tubes, air tubes and other products. By matching different structure of screw barrel can meet the PE, PP, PA, FPVC, PU, PLA, ABS and other raw materials for the high-speed extrusion of pipe or bar. They are characterised by high production speed, high precision, easy operation and easy maintenance. Minimising production waste, reducing running costs and taking up less space, this is the multifunctional machine of choice for customers.
The production line use high-speed single-screw extruder, equipped with low noise fan and high speed and hard tooth gear box, thus ensuring the high-speed and high-performance extrusion. Machining head made of high quality materials, using advanced machining center, thus ensuring the processing accuracy and the extrusion uniformity of raw material. The vacuum sizing water tank is made of high hardness and high quality stainless steel plate, and equipped with advanced water circulation and high pressure cooling system, vacuum degree adjustment device and accurate water temperature and level control system. The cutting machine adopt automatic chipless cutting to ensure the smooth cut surface. In short, the whole production line is a intelligent control system.
