PVC-U reinforced pipe is a novel pipe with smooth inner wall and vertical ribs on the outer wall, which is processed and produced from hard polyvinyl chloride as the main raw material. The UPVC reinforced pipe is extruded by an extruder at one time, and the outer wall is a new type of UPVC pipe with vertical reinforcement, which has a reasonable structure and high strength.
PVC-U reinforced pipe is another new type of PVC-U pipe produced by heating and extruding PVC resin, using a special mold and molding process. As a new generation of drainage and sewage pipelines, PVC-U reinforced pipes are the product of technological development in the early 1990s. Its characteristic is that the thickness of the pipe wall is reduced, and the ability of the pipe to withstand external pressure loads is also improved. The outer wall of the pipe is provided with radial reinforcing ribs, thereby improving the ring stiffness of the pipe.
