Product Description

Extruder: choose high output, high mixing screw, forced cooling reverse spiral groove feeding section, equipped with high speed low noise hard tooth surface reducer, high output and low energy consumption.
Mould: It adopts spiral shunt type compound head, which is easy to adjust, uniform discharge and high quality of pipe. Marked lines available.
Vacuum sizing and cooling system: using water curtain sizing sleeve for sizing, stainless steel water tank, accurate sizing, fast cooling speed and high efficiency.
Traction: A reasonably designed multi-claw tractor is used to make the contact surface between the pipe and the crawler more uniform. Frequency conversion speed regulation, so that the traction speed is even and stable.
Cutting: Planetary cutting is adopted, and the cutting section of the pipe is flat.
Control system: Human-machine interface and common control are adopted to meet the needs of different customers.
