1.Production Introduction
 

PVC marble sheet is a new kind of polymer material, which is widely used.The production machine line is mainly composed of mixer, feeder, twin screw extruder, extruding mould, three-roll calender,die heater, cooling bracket, edge trimming machine, haul-off, sheet shears, stacker, crusher and mill.


It can be used for: commercial decoration frame, ceiling board, screen board printing, advertising mark, display board, sign board, album board and other industries and chemical corrosion engineering, special cooling engineering, sports equipment, breeding materials, coastal moisture-proof facilities, water-resistant materials, art materials and so on.

2.Products characters:

Clear grains, no color difference, wear-resistant surface, hardness up to 3H-6H, B1 level flameproof, no radiation, the lowest outdoor aging up to 15 years, the weight is 1/6 of the natural stone, with small impact on building load, can be a large area of paving, and the price is only 1/10 of the natural stone.
Natural stone is generally wet on dry hanging, has high construction costs, but the imitation marble construction which use structural adhesive or glass adhesive, can be fast and firm.
