Product Description
PE wood-plastic floor (100 * 25) production line
Purpose: PE wood-plastic floor production line is mainly used for PE floor extrusion. PE floor is widely used in outdoor parks, outdoor pavilions, etc. The production line can select conical twin-screw extruders of different specifications according to different profile sections and molds, and be equipped with corresponding vacuum setting table, tractor, cutting machine, tipping platform and other auxiliary equipment.
Performance and characteristics:
1. The barrel is heated by aluminum cast hot coil and cooled by air cooling system, so the heat transfer is fast and uniform.
2. Different screws can be selected according to different formulations to achieve the best plasticizing effect.
3. The reduction box and distribution box are made of tile bearing, imported oil seal, and the gears are made of high-quality alloy steel and nitrided.
4. The vacuum sizing table adopts a specially enlarged vortex flow cooling system, which is convenient for cooling and shaping. The special horizontal tilt control and unique three-position adjustment control make the operation more convenient.
5. The tractor adopts the unique lifting technology, the upper and lower track back pressure control, works stably, has high reliability, and has large traction force. It can automatically cut at fixed length, and is equipped with a dust recovery device.
