PVC reinforced pipe equipment production line:

PVC-U reinforced pipe is a new kind of pipe with smooth inner wall and vertical stiffener on the outer wall, which is mainly made of UPVC. UPVC stiffened pipe is a new type of UPVC pipe which is extruded by extruder at one time and has vertical stiffener on the outer wall. It has reasonable structure and high strength.

PVC-U reinforced pipe is a new type of PVC-U pipe produced by heating extrusion of PVC resin, adopting special mold and molding process. As a new generation of drainage pipe, PVC-U reinforced pipe is the product of high-tech development in the early 1990s. It is characterized by reducing the thickness of the pipe wall and improving the ability of the pipe to bear the external pressure load. The outer wall of the pipe is provided with radial stiffeners, so as to improve the ring stiffness of the pipe. Under the same external pressure load capacity, the material of this kind of pipe is about 30% less than that of ordinary PVC-U solid wall pipe, and the impact strength is also improved. It is widely used in western developed countries because of its strong material, smooth inner wall and light product. It gradually replaces the concrete pipe used for municipal drainage for a long time. In China, the production technology and equipment of the pipe have been introduced from Canada in Shanghai. It can produce PVC-U reinforced pipe of DN 150 ~ 500 mm, which can be used in community construction and municipal construction projects.

Compared with the traditional drainage pipe, PVC-U reinforced pipe has the following characteristics

(1) The reinforced pipe is a kind of flexible pipe, which allows large axial bending. The connection mode of elastic rubber ring has good anti leakage performance. When the foundation has uneven settlement, there will be no leakage, so it has good adaptability to soft soil foundation.

(2) The ring stiffness of the reinforced pipe is high, the lateral strength is high, the toughness is good, and it can bear large buried load and other pressures on the road.

(3) The reinforced pipe is light in weight, convenient for transportation, handling and loading and unloading, which brings great convenience to the construction, reduces the labor intensity of the construction personnel, and does not need mechanical lifting operation, improves the construction efficiency and reduces the construction cost.
