The production line can continuously extrude to produce PE, PP, ABS, PS single-layer and multi-layer sheet products, sheet width of 3000mm and below, thickness of 0.2-2mm. Its products are widely used in the manufacture of stationery boards, disposable water cups, lunch boxes, jelly cups, beverage cups, food boxes and other thermoforming packaging and other fields. According to the different materials used, the single screw extruder (exhaust, no exhaust) is selected, and the special design of the screw and the accurate temperature control system ensure good plasticization and stable extrusion of high output.
