PET strapping extrusion equipment

Raw materials: PET bottle flakes or new materials, the raw materials need to be dehumidified and dried before extrusion to meet the requirements of plastic processing.
Extrusion host: adopts the same direction parallel double screw extrusion technology or single screw extrusion technology, which has the characteristics of good plasticization and high output.
Screen changer, high-temperature melt metering pump: Double-column screen changer is used to realize non-stop screen change, and high-temperature melt metering pump ensures stable extrusion.
Extrusion process: raw material drying, extrusion, cooling, heating, stretching, embossing, heat setting and winding.
The extrusion equipment has the characteristics of good plasticization, stable extrusion and high production capacity. It is controlled by PLC in the whole line and is easy to operate.
The extrusion equipment can be single-strand, double-strand, and four-strand extrusion, for customers to choose at will.
