Classification by layers
1, single-layer bellows in static load from the displacement of the bellows compensation using single-layer view, its production is simple, low cost. On the premise of ensuring the design requirements of bearing capacity, compensation, stiffness and fatigue life, the single layer bellows should be preferred.
2, multi-layer bellows for alternating load, or more important pipeline, choose more than two layers of multi-layer bellows. Compared with single layer, it has smaller stiffness and better fatigue resistance under the same load capacity.
