The PVC pipes produced are mainly used for electrical threading pipes. The production line makes full use of the extrusion capacity of the extruder to produce small-diameter pipes, which can achieve extremely high quality, high production efficiency, and safe and convenient operation.
The pvc threading pipe equipment has a reasonable structure, stable and reliable performance, and realizes the synchronous speed regulation of the main motor of the extruder and the motor of the tractor. And adopts the vacuum sizing method, the sizing effect is good, and the degree of automation is high.
The vacuum sizing box of the auxiliary machine of pvc threading pipe equipment is a double pipe sizing, which is composed of two sizing boxes, which can be operated independently. The sizing box is 5 meters long and made of stainless steel. The liquid level is controlled by a visual liquid level automatic controller, and the back and forth movement is controlled by a motor. The tractor adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, and the clamping adopts pneumatic control clamping. The cutting machine automatically cuts to a fixed length, and the stacking rack can be automatically turned over
