Equipment Introduction:
The marine plastic anti slip pedal production line designed and produced by our company is an automatic production line that integrates feeding, extrusion, continuous rolling forming, and automatic length cutting. There is a middle cavity inside the pedal, which is divided into multiple independent chambers of different sizes by partitions based on the force conditions of different parts of the pedal. Among them, the parts with high pedal force correspond to small independent chamber space, while the parts with low pedal force correspond to large independent chamber space. The middle cavity is set along the length direction of the pedal and runs through the entire pedal. There are multiple anti slip fixing grooves evenly distributed along the length direction on the upper surface of the pedal.

The production line of Qingdao Zhongrui Seawater Farm is mainly composed of a host, a screen changer, a mold, a tablet press, a conveyor platform, a traction machine, a cutting machine, a stacking rack, and other parts. It adopts a high-yield single screw extruder and co extrusion process, and an extended shaping platform for cooling and online embossing are one-time formed. The equipment is designed, configured, reliable, and has a long service life.
