The PVC pipe production line is mainly used to produce PVC pipes. The pipes produced are widely used in agricultural water supply and drainage, building water supply and drainage, cable laying, etc., and plastic PVC pipes of various pipe diameters and wall thicknesses. Because of its characteristics, CPVC plastic pipes are widely used in oilfield crude oil gathering and transportation, chemical temperature and corrosion resistance pipelines, hot water and warm water supply and drainage pipelines, direct buried high pressure and ultra high pressure power transmission, cable protection pipes and other fields.

     The PVC pipe equipment is composed of a conical (parallel) twin-screw extruder, a vacuum setting table, a tractor, a cutting machine, and a turning frame. Conical (parallel) twin-screw extruder and tractor adopt AC frequency conversion speed regulation or British Continental DC speed regulation. Both the vacuum pump and the traction motor adopt high-quality products. According to the diameter and wall thickness of the pipe, the tractor adopts upper and lower crawlers, three claws, four claws, six claws and other traction methods. The cutting machine can choose saw blade cutting or planetary cutting, and it is also equipped with a length counting device. The unit has reliable performance and high production efficiency.
