Product Description

It is composed of a mixer, mold, vacuum setting table, traction machine, cutting machine, and stacking rack. It has reasonable structure, high temperature control accuracy, convenient and reliable operation, high configuration accuracy, stable performance, high production efficiency, and uniform plasticization. It is mainly used for producing PVC profiles, such as ceilings, Decorative strips, floors, eaves, panels, windows, door frames, and door panels.

PVC gusset plate is made of PVC resin as the base material, adding anti-aging agent, modifier and other additives through mixing, calendering, vacuum plastic absorption and other processes.
