Product Description

Overview of extrusion production line for PP hollow building formwork:

Purpose and characteristics: PP plastic template production line is developed by our company through absorbing and digesting foreign advanced technology. The sheet thickness can be 8-18mm, and the sheet width can be 915-1220mm according to customer requirements. Its products are smooth in surface, small in size error, and can be nailed, planed, corrosion resistant and flame retardant.

The unit consists of single screw extruder, hydraulic screen changer, mould, setting machine, primary tractor, annealing furnace, cooling box, secondary tractor, crosscutting machine and conveyor. Compared with traditional formwork, architectural formwork has the following characteristics:

1. Good water resistance. Even if it is completely immersed in water for many days, it will not deform due to damp. It will not rot and rust.

2. It is not compatible and sticky with cement. It is easy to demould after construction and will not deform due to cement adhesion.

3. High construction efficiency and good quality. The surface of the building constructed by this method is smooth and flat, and no secondary decoration is needed

4. The process is saved and the construction efficiency is improved. At the same time, when processing the template, the template surface can be pretreated to get the desired wall pattern.

5. Light weight and convenient construction.

6. Long life and repeated use. Finally, the damaged plastic template can be crushed again and processed into new template again, which can save resources and meet the requirements of "green industry".
