Packing belt production process:
PP packing tape extrusion production process: filler-drying and dehumidification-plasticizing extrusion-mold forming-water tank cooling-traction-oven-stretching-embossing-oven-traction-rewinding. PP strapping is a sheet-like material with a net structure produced by heating, melting, stretching, and cooling polypropylene. The basic parameters that affect the quality of the strapping are tension, length, bending, elongation, etc. In the case of the same tension and other parameters, the longer the length, the lower the cost.
