There are two types of structures: homogenous, transparent and compound. The homogeneous and transparent stone-plastic floor is a floor made of PVC and marble powder plus additives. This kind of floor has poor stain resistance, abrasion resistance, single color, poor dimensional stability, but low price and is widely used. The composite stone plastic floor has a multi-layer structure. The surface is composed of UV treatment, color layer, stone plastic layer and base layer. The floor abrasion resistance, stain resistance, and dimensional stability are better than the homogeneous and transparent stone plastic floor. And the colors are diverse and rich. It is the favorite floor of the market and decoration. Main raw materials: PVC resin, natural stone powder, and more than ten kinds of raw materials that do not contain toxic substances. Forming method: select domestic advanced extrusion equipment, heat and extrude one-time integral forming. The appearance adopts four-layer processing. The first layer is the appearance design using hot stamping transfer technology, and the appearance design never falls off. The second layer is a primer protection layer, the third layer is a non-slip layer, and the fourth layer is a wear-resistant layer.
