PE-RT floor heating pipe:

The raw material for floor heating is a medium-density polyethylene with very stable mechanical properties, which is made by the copolymerization of ethylene and octene monomers through metallocene catalysis. Its unique ethylene main chain and octene short-branched structure give it the superior toughness, stress crack resistance, low-temperature impact resistance, excellent long-term water pressure resistance and octene thermal creep properties of ethylene.

PE-RT raw materials not only have a qualified PE creep curve, but also have a moderate price for pipes. Compared with other varieties, the convenient, fast and reliable connection form belongs to the current standard mutual investment hot-melt connection form. The inner diameter of the pipe is larger than the pipe of the same specification. Since there is no partial reduction of the mechanical connection in the system, the fluid resistance of the system is relatively small.
