Product Description

PE-RT floor heating pipe:

The floor heating material is a medium-density polyethylene with very stable mechanical properties, which is formed by the copolymerization of ethylene and octene monomers through metallocene catalysis. Its unique ethylene main chain and octene short-branched structure make it have the superior toughness of ethylene, stress crack resistance, low temperature impact resistance, outstanding long-term water pressure resistance and octene heat creep resistance.

The raw material of PE-RT not only has a qualified creep rupture curve, but also the price of the pipe is moderate, and the construction is more convenient and fast than other varieties. The connection form belongs to the current reliable form of mutual fusion and hot-melt connection, and the hole diameter of the pipe fittings is larger than the same. For the inner diameter of the specification pipe, the system fluid resistance is relatively small because there is no mechanical connection method for local diameter reduction in the system.
